Within the frame work of the 24th AU Summit, H.E. Dr. Martial De-Paul Ikounga, Commissioner for Human Resources Science and Technology at the AU Commission will, on Tuesday 27th January 2015 at 11:00am, hold a press briefing on the following issue:
- Africa 2063: Promoting African Resources and Talent
The briefing will be held in Briefing Room 1, at the new AU Conference Center, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
