        الزيارة الرسمية لوزير الخارجية معالي تشين جانغ الى مفوضية الاتحاد الافريقي
        دعوة لممثلي وسائل الاعلام

        الحدث: الزيارة الرسمية لوزير الخارجية الصيني معالي تشين جانغ الى مفوضية الاتحاد الأفريقي.

        اهم الفعاليات لوسائل الاعلام تشمل:
         فرص اجراء مقابلات مع وزير الخارجية الصيني ورئيس مفوضية الاتحاد الأفريقي
         التقاط صور اللقاء الرسمية للمسؤولين امام قاعة نيلسون مانديلا وفرصة الصورة الجماعية.
         زيارة موقع مشروع مقر المركز الافريقي لمكافحة الأمراض والوقاية منها في القرية الافريقية ومراسم قطع الشريط.

        التاريخ: الأربعاء 11 يناير 2023- ابتداء من الساعة 8:00 صباحا.

        المكان: قاعة المؤتمرات الصغرى رقم 3- المبنى الجديد للاتحاد الأفريقي– مقر الاتحاد الافريقي والقرية الافريقية.

        الهدف:

        سيجري وزير الخارجية الصيني مباحثات مع رئيس مفوضية الاتحاد الأفريقي موسى فقي محمد. ومن المتوقع أن يجرى الزعيمان محادثات ثنائية حول مختلف القضايا قبل الانتقال إلى قاعة المؤتمرات الصغرى رقم 3 لإجراء حوار استراتيجي مع كبار المسؤولين من مفوضية الاتحاد الأفريقي بالإضافة إلى مسؤولين من وزارة خارجية جمهورية الصين الشعبية. (بعد الاجتماع ، سيعقد مؤتمر صحفي في نفس المكان).

        حول المركز الافريقي لمكافحة الأمراض والوقاية منها:

        في قمة بكين 2018 والمؤتمر الوزاري السابع لمنتدى التعاون الصيني الأفريقي الذي عقد في بكين ، أعربت حكومة الصين عن التزامها بدعم بناء المقر الرئيسي للمركز الافريقي لمكافحة الأمراض والوقاية منها، ورحب القادة الأفارقة بذلك مع تقديرهم والالتزام بدعم تحقيقه.

        يقع الموقع الجديد في القرية الأفريقية جنوب أديس أبابا ، ويغطي مساحة 90 ألف متر مربع بمساحة بناء إجمالية تقارب 40 ألف متر مربع. وعند اكتماله ، سيشمل المبنى مركز عمليات الطوارئ ، ومركز البيانات، والمختبر، ومركز الموارد ، وغرف الإحاطة ، ومركز التدريب ، ومركز المؤتمرات ، والمكاتب ، وشقق المغتربين ، وجميعها سيتم بناؤها وتأثيثها وتجهيزها من قبل حكومة الصين.

        وفقا لعدد من الاتفاقيات المبرمة بين الاتحاد الأفريقي وحكومة الصين، وقعت مفوضية الاتحاد الأفريقي ووزارة التجارة في جمهورية الصين الشعبية على اتفاقية تنفيذ مشروع بناء مقر المركز الافريقي لمكافحة الأمراض والوقاية منها في يوليو 2020.

        من المتوقع أن يصبح مبنى المقر أحد أفضل المراكز المجهزة لمكافحة الأمراض في إفريقيا ، مما يسمح للمركز الافريقي لمكافحة الأمراض والوقاية منها بلعب دوره كمؤسسة فنية تنسق الوقاية من الأمراض ومراقبتها ومكافحتها في القارة بالشراكة مع معاهد الصحة العامة الوطنية ووزارات الصحة في الدول الأعضاء.

        وسائل الإعلام مدعوون لتغطية زيارة وزير الخارجية الصيني تشين جانغ. يجب أن يصل الصحفيون مبكرا لتسهيل إدارة مشاركتهم أثناء الزيارة.
