تبلغ مفوضية الاتحاد الأفريقي بوصول بعثة الاتحاد الإفريقي لمراقبة الانتخابات إلى الجمهورية التونسية يوم 29 سبتمبر 2024. تهدف البعثة إلى مراقبة عمليات يوم الانتخابات، بما في ذلك إجراءات فتح مراكز الاقتراع وإجراء التصويت، فضلا عن إجراءات إغلاق وفرز أصوات الدور الأول من الانتخابات الرئاسية في السادس من أكتوبر 2024. ستغادر البعثة تونس يوم العاشر من أكتوبر 2024.
