Migration and Mobility, and the Protocol on Free Movement of Persons
H.E. Amb. Albert Muchanga, Commissioner for Economic Development, Tourism, Trade, Industry, and Mining (ETTIM), will address the topic of Human Capital Development for Inclusive Growth and Sustainable Development in Africa.
Speakers at the official opening of the Executive Council included AUC Chairperson Moussa Faki Mahamat, Ethiopian Minister of Foreign Affairs Taye Atske Selassie, Executive Secretary of the UN Economic Commission for Africa, and Chair of the AU Executive Council Dhoihir Dhoulkamal.
