La Convención de la Unión Africana sobre la Eliminación de la Violencia contra Mujeres y Niñas (AUCEVAWG) es un instrumento jurídico integral para la prevención y eliminación de todas las formas de violencia contra mujeres y niñas en el continente. La Convención se encuentra actualmente en fase de redacción, permitiendo la consulta con diversos actores y la población africana.
