The African Union has allocated funds and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of IT and Conference Equipment, whose specifications are detailed in the bid document.

The items are categorized in three lots

LOT 1 IT Equipment
LOT 2 Video conference equipment
LOT 3 Conference equipment

Bidders can bid for LOT/LOTS of their preference

Bidders are required to furnish the following:

- Valid registration documents
- Dealership certificates or Manufacturer’s authorisation form
- Duly signed bid form in the format attached to the bid document
- Attach an explanation on your after sales service
- Specify Warranty period for the items
- Note that Preference will be given to companies with local representation to facilitate warranty and after sales service

The deadline for submission of bids is 23rd OCTOBER 2013 1430hrs .

Sealed bids will be opened on 23rd OCTOBER 2013 at 1500 hrs in the presence of bidders or bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the address below.

Both technical and financial offers should be in the same envelope. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
