        The Chairperson of the African Union Commission met with H.E. Mamadou Tangara, High Representative for Mali and the Sahel, to exchange views on recent developments in the region. The Chairperson commended the efforts undertaken by the High Representative and encouraged him to continue his engagement and dialogue initiatives in support of stability, peace and sustainable development across the Sahel.

        Le Président de la Commission de l’Union africaine a rencontré S.E. Mamadou Tangara, Haut Représentant pour le Mali et le Sahel, afin d’échanger sur les récentes dynamiques dans la région. Le Président de la Commission a salué les efforts déployés par le Haut Représentant et l’a encouragé à poursuivre ses initiatives de dialogue et d’accompagnement des pays du Sahel en faveur de la stabilité, de la paix et du développement durable.
