The African Union Peace and Security Council (AUPSC) and the International Committe of the Red Cross (ICRC) will hold a joint press conference after a briefing by the ICRC to the AU PSC on the Humanitarian Situation in Armed Conflicts and other situations of violence in Africa

The press briefing will also focus on the humanitarian situation in South Sudan, as well as the situation in Nigeria and Lake Chad.
