UYI is a short story that seeks to give an insight into the lives of pregnant women and their mental health struggles during the COVID-19 pandemic. The vulnerability of the pregnancy state is one that requires utmost care and support, including access to good sexual and reproductive health care and mental health services. As we explore the life of UYI, we delve into the reality that a number of pregnant women might be going through, perculiary in these tough and uncertain times, as well as the need for support from other women.
