Mahmoud Ali Youssouf called for bold partnerships, unified action, and strategic resource mobilisation to accelerate Agenda 2063.
“It’s time to shift from fragmented efforts to harmonised delivery. From donor-dependency to African-led ownership. Together, we can unlock the Africa we want—resilient, prosperous, and self-reliant, he said.
