Visit of the President of Vietnam to the African Union
Journalists are invited to cover the visit to the African Union of H.E Tran Dai Quang, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam , on Friday 24 August 2018, at 4:00pm.
The President of Vietnam and his delegation will be received at the AU Headquarters by H.E Mrs. Amira Elfadil, Commissioner for Social Affairs of the African Union (AU), in her capacity as the Acting Chairperson of the AU Commission, on behalf of H.E Mr. Moussa Faki Mahamat, Chairperson of the AUC.

Venue: VIP Holding Room behind the Nelson Mandela Hall, New Conference of the AUC
Top on the agenda will be the signing of the AU Golden Book, discussion on possible cooperation ties between Vietnam and the African Union, and a photo session. All AU Commissioner are expected to take part in the working session organized during the visit.
