The African Union has allocated funds and invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of medical equipment and supplies to AUC Medical Center whose specifications are detailed in the bid document.
The items are categorised in different lots

LOT 1. General Medical Equipment
LOT 2. Physiotherapy and ENT Equipment
LOT 3. Laboratory Equipment

Bidders can bid for LOT/LOTS of their preference
Bidders must quote for a minimum of 50% of each LOT to be considered for evaluation
Bidders are required to furnish the following:

- Valid registration documents
- Valid trading license
- Dealership Certificates or Manufacturer’s authorization form
- Duly signed bid form in the format attached to the bid document

The deadline for submission of bids is 29th June 2020 at 1500hrs local time.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic bid must be submitted electronically to tender@africa-union.org and addressed to The Chairperson, Internal Procurement Committee, The African Union Commission, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Bids will be opened on 29th June 2020 at 1500hrs local time in the presence bid opening committee. Late bids will be rejected.

Bidders or bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the bid opening process virtually should express interest in writing so that the link for the bid opening session can be shared.
