H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, Chairperson of the African Union Commission, signed the book of condolences at the Embassy of Kenya in Addis Ababa, conveying heartfelt sympathies on behalf of the African Union Commission & in his own capacity, to the Government & people of the Republic of Kenya on the passing of the late former Prime Minister, H.E. Raila Amolo Odinga.
