Pre-election meeting of the Head of AUEOM to Zambia’s 2021 General elections, H.E. Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma with other heads of international election observation missions present in Zambia, including H.E. Jakaya Kikwete, Head of Commonwealth Election Observation Mission; Hon. Maria Arena, Chief Observer of the EU Election Observation Mission; Amb. Ashram Rasheed, Head of COMESA Observation Mission; Amb. Agostinho Neto, and Amb. Bankole Adeoye, AU Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace and Security; amongst others. The purpose of the meeting was to exchange views on the pre-election preparations and the political context and share plans for release of preliminary statements on 14 August.
