INVITATION TO REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MEDIA

OVERVIEW: This special briefing will focus on the Progress Report of the African Union’s COVID-19 Commission headed by H.E. Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa, President of the Republic of South Africa, and AU Champion on COVID-19 pandemic response.

President Cyril Ramaphosa will present a Progress Report on the African Union Response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Africa, during the 35TH ORDINARY SESSION of the ASSEMBLY of the African Union. Following the report, Africa CDC will host a briefing to discuss key aspects of President Ramaphosa’s presentation.
