Le Département des ressources humaines, de la science et de la technologie (RHST) coordonne les programmes de l'UA sur le développement des ressources humaines, l'éducation, la science, la technologie et la promotion du programme de développement des jeunes.

To contribute towards revitalized, quality, relevant, and harmonized education systems responsive to the needs of Africa.

Formulating, harmonizing, coordinating and implementing enabling policies on the continent to accelerate Africa’s transition to an innovative-led, knowledge-based economy.
