        H.E President William Samoei Ruto (PhD), President of the Republic of Kenya and the African Union Champion on Institutional Reform. H.E. Ruto was appointed during the 37th Assembly of Heads of State and Government in February 2024 to champion the AU Institutional Reform process taking over from the H.E Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda who led the implementation of the reform process since 2016.

    ADDENDUM NO. 2

    PROCUREMENT NUMBER 42/MED/12: TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TEMPORARY WAREHOUSE FOR AFRICAN UNION IN THE AUC COMPOUND

    Please be advised that the Commission has since amended the following corrections;

    1. The closing date for the tender has been extended from 28th March,2014 to 18th April, 2014.

    2. Under the Bills of Quantities (BOQ); B-Super Structure; Electrical Installation 9, item 13 lighting Fitting, please note that all the information under the note: I, II, III and IV have been deleted and the supply of lighting fitting shall be billed in the BOQ.

    3. Under the Bills of Quantities (BOQ), B-Super Structure; item 3 Roofing, 3.1 the last specification (sentence) should read, Price shall include metal gutter of Development (DEV 80cm)

    4. Under the Bills of Quantities (BOQ), B-Super Structure, item 1 Concrete Work, please see the new changes under concrete work.

    5. Under the Bills of Quantities (BOQ); A-Sub Structure Kindly be informed that the quantities of MILD STEEL which is under “A. SUB STRUCTURE “ item 2.3 was also amended.

    6. Under the Bills of Quantities (BOQ); B-Super Structure; Electrical Installation 9, item 6 light Points, Kindly take note of the quantity new quantity being caused by formatting error. The correct quantity is No.139
