INVITATION TO PRESS CONFERENCE
What: High Level Meeting of the African Union Commission and the Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany.
When: Friday, 24th of August
Time: 1800 hours.
Venue: New AUC Conference Centre, Briefing Room 1

Background: The African Union Commission is hosting a delegation from the Federal Government of Germany at the African Union Headquarters. The German delegation led by H.E. Mr. Gerd Mueller, Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, Federal Republic of Germany, will be received by H.E. Amira Elfadil, Acting Chairperson of the African Union Commission and Commissioner of Social Affairs . They will discuss African Union – German cooperation including further German support to Agenda 2063 with a focus on regional integration, employment, agriculture and peace and security.
