Invitation for Bids

Procurement Number 37/DCMP/13

The African Union has allocated funds and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of supply and delivery of printing equipment, spare parts and consumables for printing machines whose specifications are detailed in the bid document.

The items are categorized in different Lots

LOT 1 Printing Equipment
LOT 2. Spare parts and consumables for Canon Machines
LOT 3.Spare parts and Consumables for Intec Machines
LOT 4. Spare parts and Consumables for EPSON machine
LOT 5. Spare parts and consumables for other printing machines

Bidders can bid for LOT/LOTS of their preference, but partial quote from a lot is not allowed

Bidders are required to furnish the following:

- Valid registration documents
- Dealership certificates or Manufacturer’s authorisation form
- Duly signed bid form in the format attached to the bid document
- Attach an explanation on your after sales service
- Specify Warranty period for the items
- Note that Preference will be given to companies with local representation to facilitate warranty and after sales service

The deadline for submission of bids is 13th SEPTEMBER 2013 1430hrs .

Sealed bids will be opened on 13th SEPTEMBER 2013 at 1500hrs in the presence of bidders or bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the address below.

Both technical and financial offers should be in the same envelope. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
