Revamping of Old Campus Network: replacement of Core Switches Cisco 4500-X and 6500-X

1. The African Union Commission (AUC) now invites potential bidders for the Revamping of Old Campus Network: replacement of Core Switches Cisco 4500-X and 6500-Xfrom eligible and qualified service providers.

2. The African Union Commission (AUC) invites experienced companies to submit their bid in hard copy (electronic submission is not acceptable) for the Revamping of Old Campus Network: replacement of Core Switches Cisco 4500-X and 6500-X. More details technical specification, scope of service are provided in the bid.

3. Interested eligible service providers may obtain further information from African Union Commission (AUC) at the address below from 8.00AM up to 5.00PM from Monday to Friday starting from June 25, 2018.

4. Bidders may request for clarifications no less than 10days from the date of bid submission using the address below
5. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before July 29, 2018 at 3:00pm Addis Time.

6. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person.

7. Bids will be opened at AUC meeting Hall, July 29, 2018 at 3:30pm.The Outer envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and the training title.
