The main aim of the assignment is to build capacities within the AU to effectively assess the results and benefits from its external partnerships through a continental monitoring and evaluation framework, and related tracking and reporting tool so as to support a shared and structured assessment of progress with managing Africa’s partnerships to inform continuous learning and strengthening of requisite capabilities.

The service of a consultant is required to develop a comprehensive set of assessment and reporting tools supported by a Guide. The tools will be results based and on relevant and realistic baselines, targets, indicators, outputs, and outcomes. The consultancy is part of a larger set of project outcomes with interconnected workstreams, hence is linked to the consultancy responsible for the development of a strategy and baseline, as well as, the mapping exercise.
