Nairobi, November 18, 2019: A three-day Humanitarian Symposium on Gender Dimension to Forced Displacement in Africa; Towards Durable Solutions, commenced in Nairobi, Kenya, with Member States, UNHCR, Partners, the Civil Society, the Academia and other humanitarian actors in attendance.
The Symposium, which is the 7th edition, is part of the activities lined up for the theme of the Year 2019, the Year of Refugees, Returnees and Internally Displaced: Towards Durable Solutions to Forced Displacement in Africa.

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia 18 November 2019- On 2 December 2019, H.E Mr. Moussa Faki Mahamat, Chairperson of the African Union Commission (AUC) will host the Africa Against Ebola: A Private Sector and Partners forum at the African Union (AU) headquarters in Addis Ababa.
The main objective of the forum is to mobilize the necessary financial and material support for the Ebola crisis in the DRC and the surrounding region.
