Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, September 5-6 2018: “Teacher development is paramount in Agenda 2063 quest for an education skills revolution for achieving AU’s vision of an integrated, peaceful and prosperous Africa” said the African Union Commissioner for Human Resources Science and Technology (HRST), H.E Professor Sarah Anyang Agbor, to the delegates at the technical consultation meeting.

Pan African University Strategic Planning Committee held a meeting aimed to discuss on and provide inputs to further develop the Pan African University. More specifically, the meeting’s objective was to look at the draft strategic planning document, which was further revised and developed from its original version.

CESA 16-25 clearly states that ECED is the pillar for future learning and identifies it as the next frontier if Africa is to realize sustained quality education and training.
