Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, 24 January 2018: The African Union Citizens and Diaspora Directorate (CIDO) in partnerships with KAICIID hosted an Interfaith Dialogue Forum (IFDF) Pre-Summit meeting under the theme “What Help is Faith?”

Addis Ababa, 28 January 2018 – A High Level Breakfast on ‘Equal Access of African Women to High Level Positions at the African Union and in the United Nations Systems’ was held today, 28 January 2018 organized at the margins of the 30th African Union Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia - The 27th APR Forum of Heads of State and Government Participating in the African Peer Review Mechanism, was held on 27th January 2018, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The APR Forum was chaired by H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta, who commended APRM Member States for their continuous support through contributions and willingness to partake in the APRM processes. The Chairperson also acknowledged the efforts made at the APRM since the 26th APR Forum, towards the Expended Mandate and the integration of the APRM as a specialised agency of the African Union.

Addis Ababa 28 January 2018 - The Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union (AU) meeting at their 30th Ordinary Session at the AU Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, elected on 28th January 2018 a new bureau to pilote the activities of the Union for the year 2018.
