Muchanga, AU Commissioner for Trade and Industry heading the AU Delegation on behalf of H.E. Moussa Faki Mahamat, Chairperson of the AU Commission, started his various bilateral meetings with Dr. Juvenal Shiundu, Acting Director, International Maritime Organization (IMO).
