INVITATION TO REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MEDIA

WHAT: Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the African Union (AU), the Government of Rwanda and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to establish an Emergency Transit Mechanism (ETM) in Rwanda for refugees and asylum-seekers stranded in Libya. It will be followed by a joint press conference.
