The Information and Communication Directorate (ICD) of the African Union Commission (AUC) hereby announces that the online registration for journalists interested to cover the 7th Mid-Year Coordination Meeting of the African Union, Regional Economic Communities and Regional Mechanisms scheduled to take place from 10th-13th July 2025 in Malabo, the Republic of Equatorial Guinea has been launched on the AU website.

The meetings are scheduled to take place as follows:
 10th – 11th July 2025: Forty Seventh (47th) Ordinary Session of the Executive Council.
 13th July 2025: Seventh (7th) Mid-Year Coordination Meeting of the African Union, Regional Economic Communities and Regional Mechanisms.

A media advisory note explaining the arrangements for media coverage of the 7th Mid-Year Coordination Meeting will be posted soon on the AU website.

Journalists will be able to cover all the open sessions physically and/or through the dedicated virtual link, which will be provided in due course. A detailed agenda and program of the meetings will be made available soon.
