H.E President William Samoei Ruto (PhD), President of the Republic of Kenya and the African Union Champion on Institutional Reform. H.E. Ruto was appointed during the 37th Assembly of Heads of State and Government in February 2024 to champion the AU Institutional Reform process taking over from the H.E Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda who led the implementation of the reform process since 2016.

Introduction
The Continental Education Strategy for Africa (CESA16-25) identifies preprimary education as a neglected sub-sector that deserves special attention. CESA 16-25 clearly states that Early Childhood Education and Development (ECED) is the pillar for future learning and identifies it as the next frontier if Africa is to realize sustained quality education and training.
Pan African University Strategic Planning Committee held a meeting aimed to discuss on and provide inputs to further develop the Pan African University. More specifically, the meeting’s objective was to look at the draft strategic planning document, which was further revised and developed from its original version.

September 3-4 2018 AUC, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia : On 3rd September 2018, the Pan African University Rectorate begun its workshop for the validation of the Pan African University Research and Publication Policy.
This workshop aimed to, among other things, provide a platform for deliberations on the draft Research and Publication Policy, critically review and validate the draft policy, provide inputs and enrich the policy for the guide and management of research and publication within the University.
