The Chairperson of the AU Commission, H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, has arrived in South Africa to participate in the #G20 Leaders Summit in Johannesburg, commencing tomorrow. The AU's engagement underscores its commitment to advancing multilateral cooperation and shaping global discourse. This year's G20 theme is Solidarity, Equality & Sustainability, & is in line with the aspirations of Agenda 2063.

Senior officials from the African Union, the European Union, and their Member States convened in Brussels for the 9th meeting of the AU–EU High-Level Policy Dialogue on Science, Technology and Innovation (STI). Held under the motto “Together, we have proven that we are more than the sum of our parts,” the gathering offered a platform to review progress, endorse key updates, and set future priorities.
