The Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Moussa Faki Mahamat, condemns the killing of Mr Elvino Dias and Mr Paulo Gambe and expresses his sincere condolences to their families.

Recognizing this potential, the African Union (AU) is focusing on improving educational and career opportunities for the continent’s youth to secure long-term economic prosperity. Central to this effort is the integration of education and skills development with employment opportunities, particularly in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) skills, which are expected to be in high demand.
