Arusha, United Republic of Tanzania, 23 November 2016: Today a financial support contract has been signed between the European Commission, the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights (ACHPR) and the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (AfCHPR). The signing ceremony took place on the margin of the 5th AU High Level Dialogue on Democracy and Human Rights and Governance in Africa, which took place in Arusha on 23-26 November 2016.
