Mohamed, Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs and International Trade of the Republic of Kenya, welcomed her peers, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs from the African Union (AU) Member States, during the reception cocktail organised on 5th May 2016, at the eve of the 4th Retreat of the Executive Council in Nairobi.
