H.E. Victor Harison, from Madagascar, was elected the new Commissioner for Economic Affairs of the African Union Commission. H.E. Harison is a Professor with over thirty-four (34) years of experience in academia, with specialty in Mathematics, Project Management, Business Ethics and Leadership from the University of Antananarivo, Madagascar. Previously he was the Dean of the National Institute of Accountancy Sciences and Administration of Enterprises, Business Ethics, leadership and Project Management. Commissioner Harison has written several academic Publications and Books towards improving Africa’s Economic Development.
