AU Member States

The Protocol Guidelines and attached documents, which included the accreditation forms for the Heads of State / Government or Head of Delegation, Executive Council and Permanent Representatives (PRC), refer.

The attached Delegate Accreditation Form is to be completed for delegates who will be attending the various Mini Summits which form part of the calendar of events for the upcoming AU Summit to be held in South Africa.

Each form makes provision for twenty (20) delegates. If there are more delegates, Member States may duplicate the forms to cover a maximum of one hundred (100) delegates to participate in the Mini Summits.

The Delegate Accreditation Form is to be completed and forwarded under cover of a Note Verbale to the South African Department of International Relations and Cooperation’s State Protocol Operations Room to the regional emails as per the attached contact details by 1 June 2015.
