Background: The main purpose of the ADFNS is to serve as a platform for rallying political and financial commitments at all levels to address contemporary challenges of food and nutrition insecurity in Africa. Under the theme “Sustained Food Safety Action for Improved Health and Nutrition of Africans,” this year’s ADFNS aims to motivate commitments by decision and policy makers and all relevant actors to deliberately prioritise investments in promoting sustainable food systems to enable healthy diets.
