Agenda 2063 is the blueprint and master plan for transforming Africa into the global powerhouse of the future. It is the strategic framework for delivering on Africa’s goal for inclusive and sustainable development and is a concrete manifestation of the pan-African drive for unity, self-determination, freedom, progress and collective prosperity pursued under Pan-Africanism and African Renaissance.
H.E President William Samoei Ruto (PhD), President of the Republic of Kenya and the African Union Champion on Institutional Reform. H.E. Ruto was appointed during the 37th Assembly of Heads of State and Government in February 2024 to champion the AU Institutional Reform process taking over from the H.E Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda who led the implementation of the reform process since 2016.

Addis Ababa, 30 October 2019 - Headed by the Honorable Dr. Paulo Comoane, members of the African Union Administrative Tribunal participated in the Second International Conference on Justice held in Marrakech, Morocco on 21 and 22 October 2019.
The Conference was conducted under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, and organized by the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power together with the Presidency of the Public Prosecution as well as the Ministry of Justice of the Kingdom of Morocco.
The Conference, themed this year “Justice and Investment: Challenges and Stakes,” attracted the participation of about 1000 eminent legal professionals, scholars, public prosecutors, regulatory and judicial officials from over 80 countries.
Meanwhile, Members of the Administrative Tribunal held a meeting with the Honorable Mostafa Faress, First President of the Court of Cassation and President Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power; and the Honorable Mohamed Abdennabaoui, President of Public Prosecution of the Kingdom of Morocco.
During these meetings on the sidelines of the Conference, the Hon. Dr. Comoane thanked the Kingdom of Morocco for organizing an intellectually rich forum to discuss important issues of justice and development.
