The African Union Peace Fund is embarking on a transformative path following its inaugural stakeholders’ workshop, which brought together key players from across the continent. The event convened the African Union (AU) Committee of Experts of the Fifteen Ministers of Finance (F15), the Political Affairs, Peace and Security (PAPS), the AU Finance Department, the Cabinet of the Deputy Chairperson, and major multilateral financial institutions such as Afreximbank and the African Development Bank Group.

During the workshop, several critical issues were highlighted, leading to comprehensive recommendations aimed at transforming Africa's education system. One primary concern was the inadequate implementation and awareness of the Continental Education Strategy for Africa 2016-2025,
