Within the framework of the 27th AU Summit, H.E. Dr. Elham Mahmoud Ibrahim, Commissioner for Infrastructure and Energy, AUC will, on Friday 15th July 2016, at 15:00 hold a press briefing on the following issue:
- Infrastructure and its contribution to human rights and women’s rights in the context of Agenda 2063

- Migration
- African Centers for Disease Control (CDC)
- End Child Marriage; and
- African Volunteer Health Corp (AVoHC)

Kigali, Rwanda 15 July 2016 - Africa must enormously invest in education if the human capital restraints that are besieging the continent are to be permanently addressed, H.E Erastus Mwencha the Deputy Chairperson of African Union Commission has said.

Mr. Mwecha was speaking while addressing the international and local media at a press conference organize in the sideline of the ongoing 27th AU Summit in Kigali capital Rwanda.
