African women have been trading before trade agreements and are champions of cross-border trading for generations.

Consultations on the meaningful engagement of the youth to advance democracy, human rights and governance in Africa have kicked off in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia as a pre-forum leading to the 12^th High Level Dialogue.

A total of four Honorable Ministers and 86 High-Level experts converged in Yaoundé, Cameroon on 29 September for a Restitution Meeting to hand over a Labour Migration Policy, marking a significant step in advancing the rights-based, legal, safe, and dignified labour migration governance in the country.

At the Africa Climate Summit 2023 held in Nairobi from September 4-6, energy efficiency was highlighted as a cost-effective solution to expand energy access across the continent. During a high-level event on energy efficiency, African Union Commissioner for Infrastructure and Energy H.E. Dr Amani Abou-zeid highlighted that energy efficiency is the cleanest form of energy available.
