What: Conference on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN): Developing and Implementing Inclusive Education Practices to Ensure No Child is Left Behind in Africa. Ending Learning Poverty for All in the Context of Inclusive Education

When: 5^th - 6^th September 2024.

In preparation for the upcoming Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD) 9 Summit, scheduled to be held in Yokohama, Japan, in 2025, the Government of Japan, in collaboration with the African Union Commission (AUC), the United Nations Office of the Special Adviser on Africa (UNOSSA), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the World Bank, convened a Ministerial Meeting from August 24-25, 2024, under the theme "Co-create Innovative Solutions with Africa."

What: High-level event on commemorating the AU year of education 2024.

When: 23^rd September 2024, from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm (EDT)
