3 June 2019, Addis Abeba: The Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Moussa Faki strongly condemns the violence that erupted today which led to reported deaths and several civilian injuries. In this regard, he calls for an immediate and transparent investigation in order to hold those all responsible accountable. The Chairperson calls on the Transitional Military Council to protect the civilians from further harm.

31 May, Addis Abeba: The African Union Commission has been made aware of a social media report circulating on the internet authored by an entity that calls itself the Pan African Forum Limited. 

The African Union Commission wishes to place it on record that it does not have any working relationship with this entity whatsoever, and thus distances the AUC from its purported activities and pronouncements.
