The delegation comes after a lengthy and protracted legal challenges that saw a delay in the designation process.

The MCCI receives the visit of representatives of African Union Foundation

A delegation of African Union Foundation, led by HE Erastus J.O. Mwencha, Deputy Chairperson of African Union Commission, paid a courtesy call on the representatives of the MCCI on 18 February 2016.

The objective of the visit was to discuss the forthcoming African Union Foundation Conference to be held in April 2016 in Mauritius. Members of the public and private sectors, as well as academics, are expected to attend this conference. Human Resource Management, Trade and Industrialization are amongst the main themes to be put forward in the event.
