Nairobi, Kenya 23 April 2018 - The Joint Secretariat of the Regional Coordination Mechanism for Africa (RCM-Africa) held the Retreat of its Clusters of the RCM-Africa today in Nairobi, Kenya. The Retreat was held in view of the upcoming 19th Session of the RCM-Africa which will be held in Addis Ababa next month. The retreat focused on establishing a plan for the future of the RCM-Africa including its Program of Work and strengthened support to the AU’s priorities.

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, 24 April 2018: The 1st African Union (AU) and the United Nations (UN) High Level Dialogue on Human Rights was convened in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on 24 April 2018 as part of the longstanding commitment to strengthen ongoing collaboration between both institutions.
The Dialogue was co-chaired by H.E. Mr. Moussa Faki Mahamat, Chairperson of the AUC and H.E. Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.
