AU LEGAL COUNSEL, A.I
Within the framework of the 19th AU summit, Ms. Djeneba Diarra AU Legal Counsel, a.i. will, on Saturday 14 July 2012 at 16h00, hold a press conference at the Briefing room1 of the new AU Conference Center in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
During the press Ms. Diarra will address the following issues:
- Status of ratification of AU/OAU Treaties and how these Instruments could be used to improve legal frameworks in Member States
- Update on the Hissène Habré Case
- AU’s position towards the ICC
