Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, exprime sa profonde préoccupation face aux informations faisant état d’une frappe de drone à Goma, dans la province du Nord-Kivu, ayant entraîné la mort de civils, dont un travailleur humanitaire, et causé des dégâts dans des zones résidentielles. Le Président condamne fermement toute attaque mettant en danger la vie des civils et du personnel humanitaire, en violation du droit international humanitaire.
