Within the framework of the 28th AU Summit, H.E. Dr. Martial De-Paul Ikounga, Commissioner for Human Resources Science and Technology at the AU Commission will, on Saturday 28th January 2017, at 10:30am hold a press conference on the following issue:
- Harnessing the Demographic Dividend through Investment in the Youth
The press conference will be held in Briefing Room1, at the AU Conference Center, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
