SUPPLY AND DELIVERY BOND PAPER FOR THE AFRICAN UNION COMMISSION IN ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA

The African Union, established as a unique Pan African continental body, is charged with spearheading Africa’s rapid integration and sustainable development by promoting unity, solidarity, cohesion and cooperation among the peoples of Africa and African States as well as developing a New Partnership worldwide. Its Headquarters is located in Addis Ababa, capital city of Ethiopia.

The African Union has allocated funds for the procurement of Furniture and related services, and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Delivery of A4 Bond Paper for the African Union Commission in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate adequate experience in the Supply of Bond Paper.

Bidders are advised to read the “Instructions to Bidders Section” and the “Bid data Sheet” carefully and ensure that they submit a complete set of bidding documents requested. The deadline for submission of bids is 10th March, 2011 at 15:00 hours Local Time.

All bids must be accompanied by:
I. Signed Bid Form
II. Priced Schedule for Both Local & International Goods
III. Manufacturer ‘s Authorisation Certificate
IV. Evidence of Registration & Trading Certificate/Licence
V. Evidence of having performed a similar type of tender.
VI. The Outer Envelope must be clearly marked with the Bid Title and Number

The Bids will be closed and opened on the 10th March, 2011 at 15:00hours Local Time in the presence of bidders or bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
