For Consultancy Services on SAP E-Recruiting System Implementation Project

Background
The Africa Union Commission (AUC) is the key organ, playing a central role in the day-to-day management of the African Union. The Commission has implemented an ERP Solution by SAP AG and the version in use is ECC ERP 2005 (ECC 6.0, EHP5), constituting mainly Financial, Travel, Human Resources and Materials Management functions.

Objectives of the assignments
The primary goal of the project is to implement SAP E-Recruiting system that will provide an end to end online recruitment solution from application to final selection and hiring of the candidates.

To this end, the African Union Commission seeks the services of SAP Certified Partner with at least Ten years’ proven experience to implement the solution and wish to invite Expression of Interest from eligible firms or consortium to provide the required services. Interested firms or consortium should submit the following documents along with signed and sealed letter of Expression of Interest:
i. Detailed company profile with list of verifiable previous relevant experiences within the last five years,
ii. Copies of registration certificates and business licenses,
iii. Declaration of submitting a proposal in case of being shortlisted,
iv. Audited Financial Statement for the past three years

Submission of Expression of Interest
One original and three copies of EOIs (in either English or French Language) must be received in one sealed envelope not later than Friday, 28 June 2013 at 1500hours local time. The envelope must be clearly labelled. Late bid would be rejected and return unopened.

All EOIs received would be evaluated based on the company’s experience in similar assignment; valid registration certificates and sound financial performance. Bidding Document, including detail specifications would be sent to short listed firms or consortium that met our technical requirements for the final stage of the selection process
