The main objectives of the assignment are (1) to prepare country reports on the state of implementation of the High-level Panel report on Illicit Financial Flows from Africa assessing the extent to which the HLP report recommendations were implemented in five countries, namely Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Burkina Faso, DRC and Sudan (2) put in place building blocks for Extractives Revenue Administration and Accountability Project through written review and advice on Concept to be provided by, facilitate broader consultations on concept, map potential partnerships and expertise necessary to deliver project and prepare report and present report on operationalizing the Concept
