The Chairperson of the African Union Commission, H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, today received H.E. Mr. Jam Kamal Khan, Federal Minister of Commerce of the Islamic Republic of #Pakistan, at the AU Headquarters in Addis Ababa.
Their discussions underscored the growing partnership between Africa & Pakistan, particularly in trade, technology, agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, & textiles.
The Chairperson commended Pakistan’s experience in these sectors & in peacekeeping, noting opportunities for deeper cooperation.
Minister Khan commended the Chairperson’s vision for Africa’s global leadership & affirmed Pakistan’s commitment to advancing South–South cooperation & expanding institutional collaboration with the African Union.
